The app keeps sending me to the same screen
A few things have to be done before you can use the app. The screens appear in this order, and each one comes back until it's done.
The screens, in order

Complete your engineer profile - finish every sign-up step

Set up two-step verification

Your engineer agreement - tap Read and sign on the yellow banner
This one doesn't lock you out: you can keep taking jobs, but your pay is on hold until you sign. When your company publishes a new version, you'll be asked to sign again. Limited companies also sign a personal guarantee. See Signing your agreement.

Upload your insurance
Add the insurance company, policy number and the date it runs out. No papers to hand? Tap Skip for now to use the app and upload them later - customers can't book you until they're in. See Your insurance.
Still sent back to the insurance screen?
- "This insurance ran out on …" - that certificate has expired. Upload the one that covers you today.
- Upload your renewal certificate with the new date.
- Still stuck? Phone your company - they can see exactly what's missing for you.
