    Check, then resend

    1. 1

      Tap Check payment

If they've paid, the job completes. "Payment not completed" means they haven't finished paying yet.

    2. 2

Send it again with Send (email) or Text

You can only send it to the customer's own email and mobile on the booking. To use a different email or number, ask your company.

    3. 3

Or let them scan the QR code on your screen

    Why a link stops working

    • Cancel this link (after you confirm) closes it. A link you haven't sent, copied or opened yet is also closed when you tap Back.
    • Taking the payment by card or cash instead closes it too.
    • A link left unpaid for more than about a day can stop working - make a new one.
    • If the customer opens it a lot in an hour, it asks them to try again shortly.

    If "Text" doesn't work

    • "Texts are not set up…" - your company hasn't set up texting. Use Send (email) or the QR code.
    • "This booking has no UK mobile number to text." - use email or the QR code.
    • "This customer has replied STOP to your texts…" - they've blocked texts from your company.
    • "Too many payment texts for now…" - up to 4 texts per job an hour.
