The customer didn't get my "on my way" text
After you tap I'm on my way, the card says how the customer was told: texted, emailed, or NOT been told with the reason. If they weren't told, phone them.

Common reasons
- It isn't the day of the job - the button only appears on the day. Earlier, you'll see "On the day, an "I'm on my way" button appears here".
- "…already knows you're on the way… No new message needed." - a second tap only sends again if your arrival time has moved by 10 minutes or more.
- "The customer has already had 3 updates for this job." - that's the most a customer gets for one job.
- No UK mobile on the booking, or your company hasn't set up texting - nothing can be texted; they may still be emailed. The card shows the reason.
- "…has no mobile or email on the booking, so nothing can be sent. Please call them." - phone the customer instead.
- The job was moved or closed before the message went - a waiting message is dropped.
What to do
- 1
If you're running late, tap Update time - it only texts again if the time moved by 10+ minutes
- 2
Used In 5 min by mistake? Tap Undo before it sends
I'm on my way sends straight away, so it can't be undone.
- 3
Still not sure they know? Phone the customer
The Call button is on the job.
- 4
Tell your company if texts never seem to arrive
Use Message your company - they can check the message log.
