Your jobs screen
Your dashboard (Jobs on a phone, My Dashboard on a computer) shows today's jobs and what's coming up. It updates by itself when a job is booked, moved or cancelled.

What's on the screen
- Today's Jobs, Next 7 days earnings and Upcoming tiles at the top. The earnings tile is a forecast of what you will earn on booked jobs - not money owed yet.
- Today's Schedule - today's jobs still to do come first, and the next one is marked Next up. Finished jobs fold away under Done today. On a phone this list comes first, above the tiles.
- Upcoming Bookings - your next 5 jobs. See the rest in your calendar.
- Working Hours and Today's Refs at the side on a computer.
- Banners at the top when they apply: a yellow one if your agreement needs signing (your pay is on hold until you do), a red You're not live one (see going live), and a blue Google Ads are running for your area one - expect more enquiries, so keep your calendar and hours up to date.
- The list refreshes after you finish a job, when you come back to the app and when your signal returns. If it can't refresh you'll see Couldn't refresh - your jobs stay on screen; tap Retry.
Each job card
- The time, service, customer and address. Customer notes show in an amber box.
- If your company records vehicle details: The vehicle: make, model and reg, then engine, fuel and gearbox when known. Open the job to see a Manual or Automatic badge - an amber Manual or automatic? Not recorded means nobody recorded it: ask the customer, then fix it with Edit spec.
- Leave home by… or … from your last job · leave by … - worked out from your home postcode and traffic. "(tight)" means there's not much time between jobs.
- Directions opens Google Maps; Call rings the customer.
- On today's jobs: I'm on my way - see Telling the customer you're on your way.
- Tap the card anywhere else to open the job, where you take payment, add notes and more. The job opens from the bottom of the screen with the time and customer at the top; on a phone it also has a big Call button next to Directions.
Job statuses
- Pending - waiting for something: a time the customer asked for, or a phone booking waiting for the customer's card.
- Booked - confirmed.
- On the way - you've told the customer you're coming.
- Completed - paid and done.
- No Show - the customer wasn't there and the no-show fee was charged.
- Cancelled - cancelled by the customer or your company.
