When the customer isn't there (no-show)
Screenshots:
Charging a no-show fee
- 1
Open the job after its start time
- 2
Under More actions, tap Mark as No Show - charge £…
The amount is your company's no-show fee. It sits at the bottom, away from the payment button, so it isn't tapped by mistake.
- 3
Check the amount and tap Charge … & mark no show
The customer's saved card is charged and they are emailed.
Good to know
- It only works once the start time has passed ("The appointment has not started" means wait a little longer).
- It needs a saved card. If the button says No Show (no card on file), tell your company.
- No-show fees go to your company - they don't add to your earnings.
- Try calling the customer first - they may just be running late.
