Signing in

The sign-in page is shared by everyone who uses the app, so it may mention a "master dashboard" - that's for business owners. You will land in your own engineer app. Help signing in at the bottom of the sign-in, forgot-password and new-password pages opens this guide.

   Enter your email and password and tap Sign in

   Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app

Forgot your password (or never set one)

   Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page

   Enter your email and tap Send reset link

   Open the email and choose a new password

   At least 8 characters. Reset links only work for a short time - if it says "Link expired or invalid", tap Request a new reset link.

Put the app on your home screen

It then opens like a normal app.

• iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
• Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app.
