Joining your company: your invitation

If you applied online

Fill in the Apply as an engineer form with your name, email and (optionally) your phone number and a little about yourself, then tap Submit application. Your company reviews every application by hand. If they approve you, you get the invitation email described below. Applying twice with the same email does not create a second application.

Accepting the invitation

   Open the email "You have been invited to join your company"

   Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived. The invitation works for 7 days - after that, ask your company to send it again.

   Tap Accept the invitation

   You are signed in and taken straight to sign-up. Do this on the phone or computer you will use for work.

Important: don't use "Create an account"

The sign-in page has a Create an account link. That is for business owners setting up a new business - not for engineers. You only ever join through your invitation link. If you pressed it by mistake, sign out and use the invitation email instead (or ask your company to resend it).
