    Your profile, photo and services

Your Profile has four sections: Profile, Services & business, Schedule and Calendars. On a phone, tap your round photo at the top right, or More › Profile.

    The big save button

Your photo, name, bio, services, working hours and business details are saved together by Save full profile (or Save profile). Ticking services or changing hours does nothing until you press it. Your live switch, mobile number, bank details, home base, insurance and calendars save on their own.

    Photo, name and bio

    • Tap the camera to change your photo, then Save photo. Use a clear head-and-shoulders photo of you - customers see it when they book. Company logos can't be used.
    • Tap the pencil next to your name or About you to change them (bio up to 200 characters).
    • Your sign-in email can only be changed by an owner at your company.

    Services you offer

In Services & business, tap services to tick or untick them, then press Save full profile. Each shows today's customer price, the length and You earn £… - your cut. Your company sets prices and cuts; you choose which services you do. Some services need special equipment - it's noted on the card, with Don't have this? Ask us about getting set up.

    Your business

Sole trader or limited company, trading or company name, address with postcode, company number and VAT number. These go on your payment statements and agreement. Change them and tap Save.

Public profile on the website (if your company has one)

    • Off unless you turn it on. In Profile, find Public profile and switch on Show my public profile - the card shows exactly what you're agreeing to.
    • It shows your first name, photo, an area you cover, the month you joined, how many jobs you've completed and an optional quote (up to 200 characters). The card shows a preview of exactly that.
    • Your surname, phone number, email, address and home base are never shown.
    • Turn it off any time - it's removed from the website within 24 hours. Your company can hide a quote that isn't suitable, but can't turn your profile on for you.
    • The area shown is the name of an area on your coverage map (not the drive-time areas). No name, no area shown.
