Working hours and home base
Working hours
- 1
Go to Profile › Schedule
- 2
Tap Add on each day you work and set the times
Your start time is when you arrive at your first job. Add more than one period to leave a gap (for example 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00). Quick: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 fills the week for you.

Tap Save profile
Nothing is saved until you press it. A mistake on any day (an end before a start, or overlapping times) stops the whole save - the message names the day.
How hours become booking times
- Customers are only offered times inside your working hours, and the whole job must finish before your period ends.
- With no hours set, no times are offered at all.
- Times also allow for driving between your jobs, using a limit set by your company.
- Hours repeat every week. For one-off changes, block time instead.
- Overnight shifts (ending after midnight) aren't possible.
- Your company can also set or change your working hours for you.
Time after your own work
If you also do your own work, set Profile › Schedule › Time after your own work to None, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes - enough to drive from your own job to the next customer. Customers are only offered your company jobs that long after any blocked time - your Google busy time or time you blocked in the app. For example, blocked until 15:15 with 30 minutes means the first time customers see is 15:45. It saves as soon as you tap a choice. Until you choose (None is a fine answer), it shows on your Finish setting up list.
Home base
Your home postcode is where you set off each morning. It's used for your Leave home by times and your drive-time areas. Only you and your company can see it - customers never do. Change it in Profile › Schedule › Home base and tap Save.
How far apart your jobs can be
Once you have a job on a day, customers are only offered times that keep the drive between jobs short - the limit is shown under Home base (35 minutes as standard; your company can change it). On a day you're already working more than an hour from home, it goes up to 45 minutes, so jobs in that area can go on the same day instead of a second long trip. Customers over an hour from you are also shown that day first.
