Bank details and payment statements
Adding or changing bank details
- 1
Go to Profile › Services & business
- 2
Under Bank details for payouts, tap Change (or fill in the form)
- 3
Choose Personal account or Business account and enter the details
The Name on the account must be exactly as your bank shows it. Sort code is 6 digits, account number 8 digits. UK accounts only.
- 4
Tap Save bank details
Wait for "Bank details saved".
Keeping them safe
- Your details are stored encrypted. You only ever see the last few digits.
- You and your company are emailed every time they change. If you didn't make a change, tell your company straight away and change your password.
- When changing, you have to type the full numbers again.
If saving says "paused"
For 48 hours after your sign-in email is changed or your two-step verification is reset, bank details can't be changed - this stops anyone who got into your account redirecting your pay. The message says when it ends. If you didn't expect the change, contact your company straight away.
Payment statements
Each payout has a statement listing every job paid. Download it from Earnings › Payouts with the button showing its number (such as PS-1001; older ones say Statement). The statement also shows the reference used on the bank transfer. Statements are also emailed to you. Your business name, address and VAT number on the statement come from Profile › Your business at the time you're paid - keep them up to date. If you're VAT registered, your fee includes VAT: the statement shows the VAT inside the total and your VAT number, and your company can't pay you until your VAT number is in your profile.
