The tiles at the top
- Owed to you - your balance: what your company owes you right now. It reads You owe the business when you're holding more customer cash than you've earned.
- Earned (all time) - your pay from all completed jobs.
- Cash you collected - cash customers paid you directly.
- Paid to you - every payout your company has made to you.
The lists
- Waiting to be paid - completed jobs not paid yet. A green +£ is money owed to you. A cash job (marked CASH) shows what you earned minus the cash you kept, often a red −£.
- Payouts - each payment your company has made, with a button to download its payment statement (it shows the statement number, such as PS-1001).
- Cash you handed back - cash you've passed back to your company that they've recorded.
- Not paid - jobs your company decided not to pay (with the reason), or that were refunded. Cash you collected on them still counts.
When does a job appear?
As soon as you take payment (card, payment link or cash), the job is completed and appears under Waiting to be paid. No-shows, cancellations and jobs closed as not completed don't create earnings. If the customer paid a no-show or late-cancellation fee, your company may choose to give you a share - it then shows here as Share of no-show fee or Share of late-cancellation fee.
